Dustin Robinson Promoted to Regional Director of Operations, Allen

Dustin Robinson has been promoted to the Regional Director of Operations in Allen.  In his new position, Dustin will be supervising the Compliance and Administrative teams , reporting to Connor Doyle, Regional Vice President, Allen.  Dustin has previously served as a portfolio manager for 4 years with CMA and possesses his CMCA designation.

CMA strives to adapt its operational structure, to continue to provide the best service to clients, as well as growth potential for employees.  The Regional Director Operations will support the growth in its Allen client base and increased demand for services.

CMA Names Vice President for Plano Operations

CMA is pleased to announce the appointment of Teri Kerkman, CMCA, AMS as Regional Vice President of its Plano Operations, effective April 10, 2018.  Teri joins CMA with a wealth of experience in the association management industry having previously managed an operations team with a local association management company, served as an on-site manager of luxury high-rise condominiums as well as portfolio manager of single family home communities.

“I’m delighted to welcome a leader of Teri’s caliber to our team,” said Rob Koop, Executive Vice President of Portfolio Management.  “Leading in our industry and providing excellent management services are ingrained in our company’s DNA.  I’m confident Teri will apply her extensive talent and experience to achieve CMA’s key initiatives to increase growth, client satisfaction and retention, as well as drive accountability for these goals with her team and clients.”

Teri’s responsibilities include continually monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of the Plano region, modeling the company’s mission and values, as well as to helping advance and improve the organization’s performance and its overall strategic planning.
