Visit the CMA website, www.cmamanagement.com, log in and select ACC Request Online Form from the Customer Service menu. Follow the prompts to complete your request and upload documents.
What if you're not submitting your ACC request online?
A). Contact the Customer Care Center (972-943-2828) to have a form specific to your association sent to you.
B). The Administrative Assistant/Onsite staff for your association can provide a form specific to your association.
C). Alternatively, download an ACC form from your association website or CMA website.
How long does it take for the Committee to review an ACC request package?
