Emergency Assistance

Emergency On-Call After Hours:

CMA has an emergency on-call association manager to handle emergency Common Area Maintenance Issues (i.e. gates, pools, irrigation) requiring immediate response after normal hours, including weekends and holidays. Calls regarding payments, violations and other matters should be deferred until the next business day. The Emergency on-call number is 972-824-5159.


Has your mailing address changed?

If you’re a registered user, you can change your mailing address online.  Log-in and change your address on the My Profile page. You can also change your mailing address by sending written notification, either by e-mail or we can send you a form. Send to or CMA Customer Care, 1800 Preston Park Blvd, Suite 101, Plano, Texas 75093.  In your correspondence please indicate the old and new address.

Accessing Your Information - Instant and Secure

Registrations are processed during our normal office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.  When your registration is approved, an e-mail with your login information will be sent by the next business day. If you have not received your login information within that timeframe, please let us know.

Please be sure to choose your Directory Listing options when you register.  If you do not want an item displayed in the online Directory, simply uncheck the box next to that item. 

Q: Can more than one person register for a household?

A: Yes! Each person can simply use a different email address when registering for the same property address.  Each registration will be associated with the property's account.
