Association assessment dues are paid annually on July 1st.

Who do I call if there is a non-life-threatening emergency after hours?
CMA has an non-life-threatening emergency on-call association manager to handle Common Area Maintenance Issues (i.e. gates, irrigation) requiring immediate response. 

What are the CC&R'S?
The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's) are the governing legal documents that provide guidelines for the operation of the planned community as a non-profit corporation.
