Monthly Board Meeting
The next monthly HOA board meeting is scheduled for Sunday, June 10th, at 4:30pm at the ACO food pantry (801 E Main St, Allen, TX 75002). This is not the big, annual HOA meeting where residents vote and attendance is critical... just a board meeting that is open to residents to attend/listen-in if they wish to. Meetings are posted in advance on the community calendar, and you can log-in to set your HOA account to send you advance email notices too.
Pool Open as of 4/28/18As you enjoy the LCR community pool this spring/summer, please take a minute to make sure you have your key card for access (if not, contact CMA at 972-943-2870) and click here to review the pool rules. Please plan to help remind others of the rules when you're at the pool. Some of the most common issues/rules/questions are:
1. Swim diapers are required on little ones who are not 100% potty trained.
2. The pool/pavilion cannot be reserved for private events/parties.
3. Only 4 guests per household are allowed at the pool.

HOA Board Meetings
These are not the big, annual HOA meeting where attendance is critical. These are just regular meetings that are open to members to attend if they wish. While you can always log-in and check the calendar on this site for the latest meeting dates and most advanced notice, and you can sign up to receive email reminders/notifications of them too, monthly meetings (outside of quarterly's) are currently set to be held on the 2nd Sunday of each month at 5:00 p.m. (excluding months with quarterly meetings). They are generally held at a home in the community, but locations and times are subject to change. So, log-in and check the calendar or call CMA at 972-943-2870 to confirm meeting date, time and location. The quarterly meetings (July, October, January, April) are generally the 2nd Thursday of the month, at 6pm at CMA in Allen (1301 Central Expressway South, Suite 110 - Allen, TX 75013). Online Architectural Control Application Submission:
Did you know that ACA approval is required for ALL exterior improvements (i.e. painting, staining, new fence, new roof, etc.)? Submit your applications (again, required for ANY exterior property change/improvement) online to save time & money! To do so, go to the "Resident Services" tab above, and click on "ACC Requests" in the dropdown list. If you don't already have a login, you can set one up by selecting "Register" in the left column of the page. Once logged in, roll over the "Resident Services" tab and click "ACC Requests". There you can see all the requests you have pending or previously submitted as well as submit a new request. To submit, click the "New ACC Request" tab. Fill out the online application and attach necessary files, pictures/drawings, and plot survey. Once done, click "Submit ACC Request". Be sure to apply early, ACC approval (done by LCR homeowners/volunteers) takes 30 days. If you have trouble, contact CMA at 972-943-2882 and ask for the Lost Creek Ranch community manager.
